Shakespeare's Globe Education Program: Overview

Program at a glance

  • 3 weeks in London
  • Open to college freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors
  • 2.5 minimum GPA required. Lower GPAs will be considered
    on a case by case basis
  • Earn 3 semester credits
  • Program fee includes tuition, housing, some meals, cultural activities, airfare if selected, and more
  • Earn 3 semester credits
  • Transcripts issued by Richmond, The American International University in London, a U.S.-accredited university
  • Students can participate in session A and/or C of the Richmond,
    The American International University in London summer school either prior to, or after the 3-week Globe Education course for a maximum of 9 credits. See courses offered.
  • Optional weekend excursion to Paris ($595)
  • A minimum of 10 students is required to offer this program

Application and scholarship deadlines

  • Applications must be submitted by March 15, 2010. Applications received after the posted deadline are subject to an additional $200 late fee.
  • AIFS Study Abroad Scholarships available. The scholarship application deadline is March 1, 2010.
